The winemaker is like an artist, he prepares his land as a painter prepares a canvas. The grape varieties are his palette of colours. He blends and harmonizes them according to his inspiration to create wines that reflect his image.

At Saint André de Figuière, there are no less than 10 different varietals that exist side by side in perfect harmony.
Most of them are typical to the region of Provence. The Combards are attached to these regional characteristics and intend to highlight them further when planting new vines in the future.
