A family table at l’Assiette

The Combard family have always loved, shared and celebrated food and wine; they understand that great food can enhance and showcase great wines and this enticing mix creates enduring memories. For a while they have wanted to share this affiliation with visitors to the vineyard and three seasons ago entrusting this to their first cousin Sebastien and his partner Emma.

The innovation at the heart of l’Assiette
In the kitchen, as the vines at Figuière, the quality of the ingredients comes above everything else. Each dish is conceived around a main ingredient, Sebastien takes his inspirations from home and abroad, and the dishes move with the rythms of the seasons.
